With our flexible dieting approach, we teach you how to use the food tracking app MyFitnessPal, to make informed choices and stay on track. Flexible dieting allows you to indulge in delicious meals with loved ones and progress towards your goals at the exact same time. You dont have to choose between enjoying your social life and achieving your fitness aspirations - with our coaching services, you can do both!

I always run out of ideas on what to eat/meals/recipe ideas

We’ve got you covered! We will be providing you with lots of meal and recipe ideas on a weekly basis inside the Coached By Emily private Facebook Community so you will always have your creative juices flowing with regards to what to eat on a weekly basis.

How much time does it take me to commit to this?

My goal is always to help my clients achieve incredible, long-lasting results, and I firmly believe that a minimum 3-month commitment is essential to that progress.

There are no ‘quick fixes’ or ‘cookie-cutter’ approaches when it comes to health and fitness. It takes time to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to achieve real, sustainable progress, and to truly immerse in the entire process.   

By committing to a 3-month package, you’ll have the opportunity to learn, grow and progress in a way that sets you up for success for years to come. My focus is always on educating my clients so that they can maintain the results they will achieve forever… Coached By Emily is not just another program.
